We will beautifully package your product; gift wrapped in tissue paper if clothes as shown above or with an organza purse or jewellery box if jewellery depending on your choice.

All of our products make great presents and we can even send them directly to the person of your choice with a compliment card and your choice of greeting. Email me with your preferences

Postage for other areas

Outer Scotland, Channel & Offshore Isles and Northern Ireland add £5 to the above. Southern Ireland costs £14.99 pounds sterling per entire order. For Europe and the Rest of the World, please email for the appropriate postage and packing rate prior to ordering.

Delivery Schedule

*For all UK orders you should expect to receive your order within 10 working days.

*For Outer Scotland, Channel Isles, Offshore Isles, Northern Ireland and Eire orders you should expect to receive your order 15 working days.

*Mainland, Northern, Eastern and Southern Europe orders you should expect to receive your order within 20 working days.

Orders are despatched as soon as possible subject to stock availability. If there is a problem with your order then we will contact you by email.

Returns & Refund Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund of the goods. Do this by contacting us by email and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. Usually refunds are made as a manual transaction so you may be contacted for your details again. You will receive confirmation either by post or email when the refund has been processed. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. Please send returned items back in their original packaging with a copy of the original invoice and covering note explaining the reason for the return. We recommend sending via Royal Mail First Class Recorded post and ensure you obtain a receipt. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Please be advised that you the customer have a responsibility and duty of care whilst the goods are in your possession. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future. Please refer to the terms of the returns policy above. If you need to return an item and require an exchange, please ensure you include the appropriate postage and packing fee for your area for the return of your exchanged item. We will endeavour to send out your exchanged item within 7 days subject to stock availability. If there is to be a delay then we will contact you by email.

We cannot exchange goods unless we receive the adequate postage and packing fee.

Colours Whilst every effort has been made to capture the true likeness of the product colours, variations may occur whilst viewing on different screen settings. We therefore cannot guarantee exact colours as seen.
